We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Cella, our users, or the public.

Business transfers

5. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Uploaded tender documents and project data are retained for the duration of your subscription. You may delete individual documents at any time through your account settings.
